When you send your request, please include the email address associated with your Fill-Up account.
Once we receive your request:
- Your account and all associated data (vehicles, fuel entries, statistics, history) will be permanently deleted.
- This process is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- We will notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
If you simply want to take a break, you can log out instead and return anytime.
